TIME CHANGE -- Due to key speakers needing to reschedule their foreign travels -- we are tenatively changing the Round Table to Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.  Thank you for your understanding.

The SF Mayor's Office of Civic Innovation, SF Planning Department, GEHL Architects, and GAFFTA invite you to join us at our October 5th Round Table discussion on technology in the public realm.

We will discuss the first two (2) of the proposed ten (10) Better Market Street “local node” sites. These physically-built, urban-curated technology installations provide our city a place to reflect local information and inspire greater interaction with the city and fellow residents.  The City has recognized we would like to provide necessary amenities, innovative permitting guidelines, and other input to design mechanisms to build/maintain/curate these nodes.  We are looking to the professional community for guidance.

Please let us know if you’re able to join us.  We’ll send some background material to help frame the event prior to that day.
